Itinerary

Day 1Transfer From Chandigarh to Narkanda (175 kms, 7 hrs)

  1. When you arrive at the Chandigarh airport/railway station/bus stand, our representative will meet you at the exit gate.
  2. Proceed to the first stop, Narkanda, while stopping at a few prominent tourist spots, including Chandigarh’s Pinjore Gardens and Mansa Devi Temple, and Parwanoo’s Timber Trail resort.
  3. Arrive in Narkanda by nightfall after a lovely journey adorned with high mountains and bubbling rivers.
  4. Check into the hotel and retire for the night.

Day 2Transfer From Narkanda to Sangla via Sarahan (165 kms, 7 hrs)

  1. After a great breakfast, seek blessings at the Bheemakali temple in Sarahan before travelling to Sangla.
  2. Furthermore, a stop would be made along the road at Kharcham Dam to admire the marvel of indigenous engineering.
  3. Wangtoo Village, near the dam, serves lunch in the afternoon.
  4. You’d arrive in Sangla in the late evening after stopping at several points along the road.
  5. Rest for the night at the hotel to prepare for the next day’s travel.

Day 3Local Sightseeing of Chitkul Sangla Valley

  1. Today’s tour includes visits to Sangla and Chitkul.
  2. Begin the journey by visiting Kamru Fort, which is now a temple dedicated to Goddess Kamakshi.
  3. The dwellings of Sangla’s hamlet, like those in any other hill station, are dangerously heaped onto the rocky slopes.
  4. Drive to Chitkul, India’s last acceptable village, after touring the fort.
  5. Chitkul’s “Duniya ka akhri dhaba” serves lunch.
  6. Fishing enthusiasts can relax on the banks of the Baspa River.
  7. Return to Sangla in the evening to spend the night.

Day 4Sangla to Kalpa Local Sightseeing (40 kms, 2-3 hrs)

  1. Drive to the second location in Kinnaur district on the fourth day, which overlooks the majestic Mt. Kinnaur Kailash.
  2. The road to Kalpa passes via Reckong Peo, the Kinnaur region’s district headquarters.
  3. Tibetan food and apple wine are popular at restaurants in Reckong Peo.
  4. Fresh apples are available in the town market.
  5. Roghi and Kothi, two charming hamlets in Kalpa, are worth a visit.
  6. Yaks and dzos can be found grazing in the communities’ pastures.
  7. Kalpa Suicide Point is another destination that will add to the excitement of this Kinnaur Spiti cab package from Chandigarh.
  8. Spend the night in a hotel in Kalpa.

Day 5Kalpa to Tabo (150 Kms, 7-9 hrs)

  1. After breakfast, depart for Tabo.
  2. Stop at Pooh, Nako Lake, and Gue villages along the way.
  3. Gue hamlet is home to a centuries-old monastery that has a 500-year-old monk’s mummy.
  4. Arrive in Tabo village in the evening and spend the night.

Day 6Tabo to Kaza (49 kms, 2 hrs)

  1. Today, the first thing you should do is go to Tabo village to see the Spiti region’s oldest sacred monastery.
  2. You will be offered a layover in Dhankar Village on your way to Kaza, where you must visit the Dhankar Monastery and Lake.
  3. Then, in the evening, arrive in Kaza and rest at the hotel there.

Day 7Sightseeing around Kaza (5-6 hrs)

  1. It’s going to be a fantastic day. Begin with a visit to Key Monastery.
  2. Inquire with a monk in the monastery about the location and its folklore.
  3. Kibber, Asia’s second highest village, will be conquered after Key Monastery.
  4. Following that, go to Komik village and Hikkim.
  5. The Chicham Bridge, which connects Chicham hamlet to Kibber, is the tallest man-made bridge in Asia.
  6. Today, the next and final stop would be Langza.
  7. Then, in the evening, arrive in Kaza and rest at the hotel there.

Day 8Kaza to Chandratal Lake (114 km, 6 hrs)

  1. The sixth day is reserved for Chandratal Lake, Spiti’s most gorgeous feature.
  2. A stopover at Lossar would be provided before reaching Chandratal.
  3. The vistas of the CB mountains will captivate you with their beauty.
  4. When you arrive at the crescent-shaped lake, you may find it difficult to believe that such splendour exists on Earth.
  5. The main attraction of this Taxi package is the opportunity to spend the night in a tent beside the lake under a clear sky.

Day 9Chandratal to Manali (130 Km, 07-08 hrs)

  1. It’s the final day of the Spiti valley travel package from Chandigarh.
  2. After breakfast near the camp site, depart for Manali.
  3. On the way, you’ll pass across Kunzum Pass and Rohtang Pass.
  4. Take note of how the scenery abruptly changes as you enter Kullu valley.
  5. You will arrive at Manali in the evening.

Day 10Manali to Chandigarh (310 kms, 9-10 hrs)

  1. After breakfast, proceed to Chandigarh via Kullu.
  2. Make stops at the Hanogi devi temple and the Pandoh Dam.
  3. Arrive reach Chandigarh late in the evening. The Spiti Valley journey from Chandigarh comes to a conclusion here.
